Cheneé Joseph is a Project Consultant at Draper & Associates (Draper), where she has been assigned to the firm’s engagement with the Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA). She currently provides oversight to the administration of various contracts within Real Estate Management’s Contract Administration Team. Ms. Joseph has served as a quality control auditor for the AHA Housing Choice Department. She has drafted several solicitations for different departments within AHA and serves as the department contract administrator for several of the agency’s contracts.
EXPERIENCE
In addition to her roles within the Contract Administration Team, Ms. Joseph also serves as a compliance resource for the AHA’s private management companies (PMCOs) and is responsible for updating their Policy and Procedures guidebook.
Before joining Draper, Ms. Joseph further developed her project management and leadership skills through her work as a construction manager for a Georgia residential construction company.
