In May 2009 Donna Hall completed and passed her examination to become a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is now one of 214,000 members of the world-wide Project Management Institute. This PMP certification represents a mastery in all areas of project management; from human resources and communication, to contract procurement and quality control.

Ms. Hall has been with the Draper team since 2006 where she applies her project management expertise to Draper's engagement with the Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA). Within this role, Ms. Hall has assisted the AHA in achieving a higher level of customer service with her oversight of the Customer Contact Center. She has proven leadership and management capabilities with the approachable and gracious personality of a true customer service professional.
