General Contractor Batson Cook engaged the services of Draper & Associates to provide comprehensive scheduling and project controls for this $14.6 million fast-track project located in northwest Atlanta.

Draper & Associates' scope of services was to develop an Overall Project Schedule in conjunction with Contractor and Subcontractors and detailed Near Term Schedules on a biweekly basis to monitor construction activities as required. Biweekly Project Coordination Meetings were conducted throughout the project to evaluate construction progress relative to the Overall Project Schedule and to develop and update the Material Status Log in order to track the submittal, approval, ordering and ultimate delivery of all project materials and equipment.

Batson Cook completed this 12-story, 252,000-square-foot building and adjacent parking deck in just 13 months after groundbreaking as the corporate headquarters for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations . The scope of work included build-out of seven levels of office space that included computer flooring on several levels.
