Draper & Associates conducted bi-weekly progress update meetings with key participants representing among others, Owners, Developers, City Government, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) and the Neighborhood Planning Units. D&A developed and maintained a system of program controls including Overall and Near Term Schedules, action item agendas, trend charts and materials status logs, as well as outstanding issues and problems. D&A was also responsible for the timely and accurate status reporting of these projects, an especially critical item given the strict timeframes and number of key participants.
In addition to these project management services, Draper & Associates conducted a number of viability assessments regarding potential MAOGA properties to be used in conjunction with the Centennial Olympic Games. The assessments included studies on land acquisition, governmental requirements, and funding.
