Draper & Associates was involved in all phases of scheduling for these projects including design, construction and move-in. The four buildings included here contain approximately one-million square feet of office space along with extensive landscaping and hardscape. Draper's activities had direct interface with the developer, the architect, the contractor, the subcontractors and the tenants.
Our services included the following:
- Overall project schedules for each building
- Near term schedules and progress reports on a bi-weekly basis
- Bi-weekly monitoring of design activities for Colonnade Plaza
- Overall project schedule for landscape and hardscape
- Tenant move-in and start-up schedules
- Bi-weekly monitoring of tenant activities
This successful project demonstrates the versatility of Draper & Associates' services. The different levels of services, along with the diverse group of participants, is typical of Draper & Associates' involvement on complex, multiphase projects. The phasing of construction activities was developed then monitored throughout the project to control the progress and interfaces with the various participants. Problems were identified early on and tracked until resolution took place. 
Through Draper & Associates' experience on this project involving BellSouth, we are very familiar with the specialized requirements and needs of a large communications company. This is particularly helpful in coordinating the tenants own move-in needs. |
