DRAPER & ASSOCIATES provided scheduling and project controls for the Royal Centre One, the initial Class "A" office building built on a 13-acre site in Royal 400 Office Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

The building is a three-story, 150,000 SF office building with precast and glass skin exterior treatment. Construction specifications included two geared passenger elevators, one freight elevator, granite aggregate precast panels, tinted reflective glass two-story atrium with granite, wood and glass finishes in the lobby. 

Draper & Associates provided both construction schedule development and construction monitoring services during all phases of the project. A Draper consultant conducted bi-weekly project coordination meetings with the owner, the general contractor and principal subcontractors. During these meetings, progress was measured and correlated to the Overall Project Schedule, action items were identified with responsibility for completion and commitments for completion dates, and detailed near-term scheduling was developed to ensure timely accomplishment of Overall Project Schedule target dates. Updated schedules and complete documentation were provided promptly to all project participants. 

The project duration was ten months and completed on schedule in May 1997.
