Standing 31-stories high, the Viridian is a 553,000 sq.ft. structure consisting of a 9-level parking deck and 21 floors of 416 condominium units and first floor retail space. The 31 st floor features a rooftop oasis, where amenities like an Olympic size pool, beautifully landscaped terraces with trees, walkways and seating areas greet you. Also available on the roof, is a complete fitness center with the most advanced equipment and locker room, as well as a clubroom that features a magnificent bar plasma screen TV's and ultra high-speed internet access.
Designed to feature floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the city, the open, spacious floor plans, in one and two bedroom and penthouse units, include granite countertops, stainless appliances, private balconies, and hardwood, carpet, and ceramic tile floors.
The Draper & Associates consulting team, continuing its relationship with general contractor R.J. Griffin and Company on its premier projects, provided the necessary schedule development and project controls to complete this project on time. Draper & Associates scope of services included development of the Overall Project Schedule and biweekly detailed near term schedules to monitor the construction activities of the project. Given the typically confined site in an urban area (less than 12 inches on 2 sides of the building and a narrow alley in the back), close coordination for just-in-time deliveries and work flow up the building was crucial to maintaining the Overall Project Schedule. In addition, Draper & Associates also provided progress meeting facilitation, site walks, construction status reports, and trend analysis throughout the duration of construction. |
