Located just seven miles south of Dulles International Airport and 25 minutes from the nation's capital, the Westfields International Conference Center is specially designed to serve the most demanding corporate and government meetings. Westfields International Conference Center features 345 luxurious guest rooms and suites supported by more than 40,000 square feet of meeting space in 30 meeting rooms, a 180 seat classified briefing auditorium with translating facilities and media resource center. In addition, the center contains full dining facilities, pubs, lounges and full men's and women's health studios.

Draper & Associates/NCT's scope of services was to develop an Overall Project Schedule in conjunction with Contractor and Subcontractors and detailed Near Term Schedules on a bi-weekly basis to monitor construction activities as required. Bi-weekly Project Coordination Meetings were conducted throughout the project to evaluate construction progress relative to the Overall Project Schedule and to develop and update the Material Status Log to track the submittal, approval, ordering and ultimate delivery of all project materials and equipment. Adding to the complexity of this particular project was the fact that much of the interior finishes were imported from foreign countries.
