Draper & Associates’ ability to produce practical and understandable construction schedules stems from a firm foundation of experience and a methodology based on communication amongst all parties, the monitoring of a projects progress against goals, schedule and budget, integrated status reporting through various management levels, and supportive team-decision making. This methodology creates a schedule that provide structure and clarity to the development of a project.
With more than 40 years in the construction industry, Draper & Associates has scheduled more than 4,000 projects ranging from private and public work such as hospitals, luxury hotels, and sports venues to heavy civil work such as airports, water treatment plants, bridges and highways, and industrial construction. With every client we have gained insight into the most appropriate schedule for each type of project, and have produced realistic schedules that are practical in application and professional in planning and design.
With this as the foundation to our scheduling approach, Draper & Associates capitalizes on the use of the most current computerized scheduling technology to tailor the development and delivery of services to those that best meet the specific needs of our clients and their projects. The pace with which information is generated, the changing nature of that information, and the frequent physical dispersion of project team members mandate that critical elements of information be captured and served up to project executives in a timely, accurate manner to facilitate their making informed business decisions.
