Ms. Hand has over 23 years experience in the real estate finance and banking arenas, working in various business development, marketing, risk management, product development and asset sales/acquisitions roles within prominent financial institutions such as JPMorgan and Fannie Mae.  In the past seven years, Ms. Hand has been focused on the needs of financial institutions, having created and managed a loan trading and advisory division, a trust preferred direct purchase program and a financial institutions group where she developed commercial mortgage, securitization and other risk mitigation programs designed to meet the needs of depository institutions.    Previous to Draper, Ms. Hand was the Direct of Capital Markets for a small depository institutions where she oversaw the investment acquisition and disposition activity for the firm, as well as played an integral role in collateral assessment, asset management and substandard/REO disposition efforts for the bank.
