Project Progress Reports formally document revisions to plans developed from the progress meetings.  These reports serve as the primary tool through which the schedule control tools are updated; each tool is reviewed, updated and reported.  In addition to MATSTATs, Action Item Agendas, and On-site Job Coordination Meetings, Progress Reports detailed project milestones, trends, critical activities and outstanding issues.  These reports are distributed to designated key project participants.
