EXPERIENCE

James Ma is a Scheduling Consultant at Draper & Associates’ (Draper) Houston office. As a member of the firm’s Construction Services Division, she provides construction scheduling, construction management, project management, and claims analysis services.

Before joining Draper as a full-time Scheduling Consultant, Mr. Ma served as an Engineer in the United States Army. During his service, Mr. Ma performed construction assignments leading a vertical team on one of the largest military installations. He participated and accomplished multiple projects with tasks including developing construction team schedules, supervising progress, adapting changes and modifying schedules. While transitioning after his service, Mr. Ma explored his interest in programming and gained object-oriented coding experience. Mr. Ma is also bilingual as a native Chinese speaker.
