Joseph LeClair is a Scheduling Consultant at Draper & Associates’ (Draper) Ft. Lauderdale office. As a member of the firm’s Construction Services Division, he provides construction scheduling, construction management, project management, and claims analysis services.
Mr. LeClair’s project management experience includes providing a broad range of administrative, managerial, and technical support on Draper construction scheduling projects. Within this role, he is responsible for providing project control support, including preparation of project schedules, construction progress evaluations, participating in job coordination meetings, and report preparation. Currently, he is supporting engagements within the residential, hospitality, and commercial development markets.
Prior to joining Draper, Mr. LeClair worked for more than 10 years providing project management, contract administration, and quality control services for the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration.
Mr. LeClair is a United States Navy veteran, having served for two years on the USS John F. Kennedy as a machinist, where he was responsible for operating and maintaining the ship’s propulsion machines and auxiliary equipment.
