Managing Consultant Paul Moskos has more than 30 years of professional experience as a construction engineer and project manager working on a wide range of projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Moskos has assisted both Owners and General Contractors by providing program management, construction management, project controls, CPM scheduling, planning and cost control services on complex construction projects in the healthcare, transportation, industrial, educational, multi-family/student housing, and hospitality markets. He is a dedicated professional with extensive hands-on experience as a central liaison for both Owners and/or General Contractors, ensuring client interests are managed and maintained.
Currently Mr. Moskos’ is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple multi-million dollar healthcare and residential projects across the United States.
In addition, his schedule consulting work, Mr. Moskos has specialized experience in claims analysis services by evaluating and analyzing construction schedules to quantify delays and accelerations as well as loss of labor production and construction defects, against project specifications.
Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Mr. Moskos spent more than 14 years with Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc., one of the world’s leading planning, engineering, program and construction management, and operations & maintenance firms, in multiple positions of leadership.
