Senior Consultant
Stan Hall is a Project Consultant with Draper & Associates’ Atlanta Office. With more than 30 years of experience (over 20 years of Military construction), he is responsible for providing consultative services to a wide array of professional services to include construction management, project controls, schedule development and maintenance, and project management services as a member of the firm’s Construction Services Division.
Mr. Hall’s project management experience with Draper & Associates includes a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on project with the multi-family, hospitality, and government markets. Currently Mr. Hall is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple projects across the United States.
Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Mr. Hall spent more than 30 years of his career on a wide range of program and project management engagements in the construction and management fields. For more than 20 years, he was devoted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers providing leadership and innovation in construction at various levels of responsibility. Mr. Hall has held a variety of leadership positions involved in new construction and renovations of housing, offices, healthcare, and aviation projects worldwide. He is skilled at reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance during construction. After retiring from military active duty, Mr. Hall worked for more than seven years providing engineering, project management, construction, and facilities maintenance and management for two (2) Georgia State agencies.
