As an Owner’s Representative, Draper & Associates Consultants can serve as an extension of the Owner’s staff by providing guidance throughout the lifecycle of a construction project, protecting the owner’s interests always.

Utilizing our experience in both the design and construction process, Draper & Associates provides Owners with the value-added resources they will need to make their project a success. As the project’s “eyes and ears,” we can provide on-site representation to make sure that construction proceeds in accordance with contract documents, schedule, and within budget. Working as your advocate, Draper experts enable clients to focus on their core business without distraction.

Draper & Associates’ can tailor our services to meet the owner’s needs including the design/budgeting phase, procurement, construction administration, or simply on an as needed basis. Our hands-on experience provides clients with this technical knowledge needed to present viable options, enabling you to make informed and timely decisions.

Owner’s Representative services include:
