Vireo

Vireo is a new 26-story luxury high rise multifamily residential development located in Midtown Atlanta, just off the western fringes of Piedmont Park. The amenity-rich apartment building features a seven-story above ground parking garage topped off with a total of 310 residential units, each with luxury vinyl tile and wood inspired flooring, smart locks, floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz counters in kitchens and bathrooms, and wine fridges in certain floor plans. Community amenities include a fitness center, pet wash, bicycle repair station, and a courtyard plaza, as well as a rooftop oasis featuring a resort-style swimming pool, grilling station, lounge areas, two fire pits, and community gaming tables.

Completed in the summer of 2019, Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC), a division of developer Lennar, is behind the construction of Vireo. Draper & Associates provided both construction schedule development and construction monitoring services to LMC Construction during all phases of the project. In addition, Draper conducted bi-weekly update meetings during the construction phase, reviewing progress with the Owner, General Contractor, and all active Subcontractors. Near Term Schedules, detailed day-to-day implementation schedules derived from the Overall Project Schedule, served as the focal point of discussion during the update meetings.
