Early in the development of the stadium, Darden & Company, the stadium’s Program Executive, selected Draper & Associates to serve as the overall schedule manager for the design and construction of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium project. Within this role, Draper created and maintained both individual time-phased CPM schedules for all design and material phases of the construction, as well as a combined Master Schedule. This schedule process not only facilitates communication amongst all parties, but also monitors bi-weekly to monthly progress against the various schedules. In addition, Draper also implemented an integrated reporting process that informed various levels of management on the status of the stadium’s construction and supports decision-making through a facilitated process of issue identification and resolution.
