Ashley Gables Buckhead

Situated in Atlanta’s lively Buckhead Village is The Ashley Gables Buckhead, a new 15-story luxury residential tower created by Gables Residential. The Ashley Gables Buckhead offers more than 300 apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, as well as townhomes. Units boast open floor plans and interior finishes like customizable closet systems, wine fridges, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, keyless door locks, hardwood flooring, frameless showers, and balconies.

The upscale apartment community also offers many notable on-site amenities including 24/7 on-site concierge service, the largest elevated saline pool in the market, a sky lounge, a rooftop dog park, a gaming courtyard, a movie wall, and a 24-hour business center. In addition, the apartment home community has added more than 2,400 square feet of retail space to Buckhead Village.

Completed in December 2018, Draper & Associates provided both construction schedule development and construction monitoring services to Gables Residential during all phases of the project. In addition, Draper conducted bi-weekly update meetings during the construction phase, reviewing progress with Gables Residential and its active Subcontractors. Near Term Schedules, detailed day-to-day implementation schedules derived from the Overall Project Schedule, served as the focal point of discussion during the update meetings.

As a Senior Project Manager who has worked for both G.C.’s and Owner/Developers, I can unequivocally say that Draper & Associates are a key factor in the success of the Multi-Family Projects I’ve been a part of. These projects range from garden style to high-density wraps, up to high rises.

A project that is scheduled with Draper affords the user the flexibility to present the data to the Subcontractor’s and the Development Team in multiple formats (both overall and near term projections). The schedules are logic-based like primavera and other predecessors, however, they are much more visually appealing and easy to decipher for field personnel. Draper’s hands-on tailored approach lends itself to production in the field, reduces the opportunities for miscommunication, and ensures your project has a strong administrative base to support all functions of the construction process.
