Draper’s scope of work includes a Summary Schedule, an Overall Project Schedule (OPS), a Microsoft Project Schedule based on the approved OPS, and conducting onsite Job Coordination Meetings (JCM) to monitor and report on project progress, modifications, and issues throughout the project’s lifecycle.
