EXPERIENCE
Scott Slyter is a Managing Consultant at Draper & Associates’ Atlanta office, where he is responsible for providing consultative services and client team management to a wide array of professional services clients. With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Slyter provides construction management, schedule development and maintenance, management reporting, tracking and resolution, project controls and claims analysis services as a member of the firm’s Construction Services Division.
Mr. Slyter’s project management experience with Draper & Associates includes serving in a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on projects within the multi-family, hospitality, and government markets. Currently Mr. Slyter is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple projects across the United States.
Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Mr. Slyter’s spent more than 30 years of his career on a wide range of program and project management engagements in the construction and management fields. For more than 20 years, he was devoted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers providing leadership and innovation in construction at various levels of responsibility. Mr. Slyter has held a variety of leadership positions involved in new construction and renovations of housing, offices, healthcare, and aviation projects worldwide. He is skilled at reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance during construction. His work has included the entire spectrum of project/program development and management from concept/design through completion of construction.
Mr. Slyter is a member of the Army Engineer Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Military Officer Association of America.
