EXPERIENCE

Clint Behm is a Managing Consultant with Draper & Associates’ Atlanta Office. With more than 10 years of experience in construction management, project management, CPM scheduling, and claims analysis services, Mr. Behm has served clients at all stages of the construction life-cycle, from feasibility studies through project close-out, and construction claims preparation and analysis. He is a dedicated professional with extensive hands-on experience as a central liaison for both Owners and/or General Contractors, ensuring client interests are managed and maintained.

Mr. Behm’s project management experience with Draper & Associates includes serving in a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on projects within the multi-family/student housing, hospitality, and healthcare markets. Currently Mr. Behm is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple residential and healthcare projects across the United States.

Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Mr. Behm was a Staff Engineer at Nova Engineering & Environmental where he provided project management oversight, construction material testing and inspection, and quality control on various types and sizes of projects for both the private and public sector.

A project that is scheduled with Draper affords the user the flexibility to present the data to the Subcontractor’s and the Development Team in multiple formats (both overall and near term projections).
