Mr. Draper’s career of more than 33 years encompasses a complex spectrum of program and project responsibilities:

Mr. Draper’s experience includes management of large industrial and commercial projects in the United States and overseas. He has worked with engineering, design, and construction firms in developing and implementing new project management systems with an emphasis on straight-forward yet unique methods to control high-cost, technically-complex projects.
