Jane Schweizer is a Project Consultant with Draper & Associates, supporting the firm’s work in the Northeast Region of the United States. With more than 15 years of experience in construction management, project management, CPM scheduling, and claims analysis services, Ms. Schweizer serves clients at all stages of the construction life-cycle, from feasibility studies through project close-out, and construction claims preparation and analysis. In addition, Ms. Schweizer is a subject matter expert in Primavera P6 and provides a variety of vital function with Draper’s schedule service offerings including a minimum baseline creation, routine schedule management, cost management, and schedule integrity analysis.
Ms. Schweizer’s project management experience with Draper & Associates includes serving in a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on projects within the multi-family, hospitality, and commercial development markets. Currently Ms. Schweizer is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple multi-family and hospitality, and across the United States.
Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Ms. Schweizer was a Project Scheduler and Control Engineer at FL Smidth and Marsulex Environmental Technologies. She has worked on a variety of industrial projects including international cement manufacturing plants and major upgrading to tow coal power plants in Huntington, UT. In her functional role, Ms. Schweizer has served as a scheduling manager, project scheduler, and Primavera P6 schedule administrator.
