EXPERIENCE

Jordan Penney is a Project Consultant with Draper & Associates’ Atlanta Office. With more than 8 years of experience in construction management, project management, CPM scheduling, and claims analysis services, Mr. Penney serves clients at all stages of the construction life-cycle, from feasibility studies through project close-out, and construction claims preparation and analysis.

Mr. Penney’s project management experience with Draper & Associates includes serving in a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on projects within the multi-family/student housing, hospitality, and commercial development markets. Currently Mr. Penney is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple multi-family and student housing projects across the United States.

Prior to joining Draper & Associates, Mr. Penney spent more than six years in the construction industry working with Atlanta based General Contractors providing project management oversight, estimating, scheduling, and site planning expertise on multiple commercial, retail, and multi-family projects.
