Stan Hall is a Project Consultant at Draper & Associates’ (Draper) Atlanta office. With more than 30 years of professional experience in program/project management, Mr. Hall provides construction management, project controls, scheduling, and project management services as a member of the firm’s Specialized Construction Services Division.
Mr. Halls’ project management experience with Draper includes serving in a variety of vital functions for both public and private sector clients on projects within the multi-family, hospitality, and commercial development markets. Currently Mr. Hall is providing CPM scheduling services, including preparation of baseline schedules, performing project site visits, providing schedule updates, overseeing subcontractor coordination meetings and project reporting, on multiple multi-family and hospitality projects across the United States.
Prior to joining Draper, Mr. Hall’s career of more than 30 years included a wide range of program and project management engagements within the construction and management fields. For more than 20 years, Mr. Hall was devoted to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers providing leadership and innovation in construction at various levels of responsibility. After retiring from active duty with the Army, Mr. Hall worked for more than 7 years providing engineering, project management, construction and facilities maintenance and management for the Georgia Department of Corrections and the Georgia Department of Revenue. Throughout his career, Mr. Hall has managed projects under very constrained budgets, fixed completion dates, and with highly competing priorities.
