Description: 5-story, wrap-style multi-family apartment building with 333 total units ranging between one, two, and three-bedrooms.  Amenities included a clubhouse/leasing office, pool courtyard, fitness center, and work-space/conference rooms

Scope: Draper & Associates’ services on this project included developing the Overall Project Schedule in our Visio format and in MS Project, conducting bi-weekly job coordination/schedule meetings with the Alliance management team, and producing schedule comparisons to analyze the time impact of project delays.
