The Alexan Woodland Park is a residential development located in the heart of Herndon, Virginia. The 5-story apartment community offers 294 amenity-rich units ranging from one, two and three-bedroom apartments to luxury townhomes, surrounding a 7-story 418 space, parking structure. These spacious apartments feature walk-in closets, expansive windows, custom kitchen cabinetry with granite countertops, and individual washer and dryers. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness room, pool courtyard and leasing office.
Currently under construction, the Alexan Woodland Park is owned and operated by Trammell Crow Residential and will be available in the spring of 2020. Draper & Associates’ services on this project include development of the Overall Project Schedule and conducting bi-weekly job coordination/progress meetings with the OAC Team.
