Nashville’s newest and most luxurious hotel, the JW Marriott Nashville, is ideally located in the heart of downtown, across the street from Music City Center. The first-to-market,33-story, JW Marriott property offers 533 guestrooms, inclusive of 37 suites, along with a broad array of amenities, including two restaurants and a rooftop lounge with 360 degree views of the Nashville skyline, as well as 50,000-square-feet of indoor function space including a 15,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom.

Owned and operated by Turnberry, the JW Marriott Nashville officially opened its doors in 2018. Throughout the construction, Draper & Associates provided both construction schedule development and construction monitoring services during all phases of this project.
