Draper & Associates was engaged by Ventures/BCDC to assist in the dispute and resolution of a Time Impact Analysis (TIA) provided by the General Contractor. Draper reviewed the contract terms, contract schedule, provided schedule updates throughout the project, change orders, and other documentation. All this information was then compared back to the TIA sent back the contractor to help demonstrate if certain time extensions were valid or invalid and the reasoning behind each.

Through the provided documentation, Draper was able to create an As-Plan vs As-Built and utilize the “Window Analysis” method to verify each impact.
