Description:

Draper & Associates was engaged by Advanced Stucco to assist in a claim between them and the project’s General Contractor. Draper was not part of the scheduling efforts along the progress of the project. However, through evaluation of the contract schedule, previously provided schedule updates, progress photos, email correspondence and other various documentation, Draper was able to develop and As-Plan vs As-Built schedule. It was through this product, Draper was able to help Advanced Stucco demonstrate that their progress did not impact the Critical Path of the Project’s substantial completion.
